Just Back

My blog has been HIBERNATING,not dead, for a long time. Busy with my new post as a Chairperson. It is a real challenge, especially I have to restructure the poorly managed working system and gaining the trust & confident of others.
In fact, I'm considered lucky that there are some supportive members who work hand in hand with me through my bad time. It is not based on my leadership but the effort and time that every Exco members contributed to make our team shine and be outstanding. THANKS to my great Exco members who trusted and supported me to sail through smoothly. I LOVE U ALL!!!

Happy Toilet!

Recently, I'm busy decorating a toilet. Hey! Don't Eeeee...!
Our theme is "National Education".
My partners are Venuga and Janice. Janice is very creative. She shared a lot of ideas with us.
Before working on the decoration, the toilet is, of course, THOROUGHLY WASHED. Don't expect us to work in a smelly toilet. I enjoyed myself.
The best part of it is to receive the result from the judge. We had won GOLD Award!
Now take a peep below on the photos of the boys' toilet.

Update

Well, well, well. I've been away for quite a while.
I've been learning a lot of things recently.
Taking up my scrapbooking class on Beautiful Mess
Special Edition. This edition is more on Mother n
Sisters. It just came in time for me to give it to
my mother n sister for their birthdays.

Fortunate enough to my friend, Jeff, to teach me
Photoshop. I learn bit by bit so that I can digest
what I've learnt. Thanks for his patient n
understanding. People like me who is getting old n
slow when learning new things about high tech.
I'm learning to play Rubic cube too. Never let my
mind stop learning. I was telling Jeff that I'm
getting greedy and ambitious, everything also want
to learn. Getting crazy about new things.

Another thing learned is about Facebook. Though I
knew about it for quite sometime, personally i did
not get the chance to go into it. This time round
I need to thank Wei Jie for teaching me. At least
I'm not so outdated. Having all these mentors around
is really a blessing to me. With this blessing, I
hope to share to whoever I meet to tell them never
stop learning. We should always keep ourselves updated
so that we can feel the sense of belonging to this
world. Keep yourself healthy too.

{ M } * ART...

ART Happens!
There are many opportunities in our life to make ART. Remember!

Capture Life!
The daily life...the everyday things and happenings. Capture them all!

Create Art!
Make time regularly to create ART. It is good for the soul. Seriously...!

Embrace Imperfections!
Embrace the imperfect. Mistakes & flaws bring out the creative inner being.
Do not be afraid.

Simply Be!
YES... Simply Be! Life is too short to live otherwise.

*** Thanks Jasmine from MWL. I truly love your art work so much. You have taught me a lot to appreciate art espcially the one posted above. I always looking forwards to your class. You are a great instructor.

New Scrap Page -Travel

This is my lastest scrap page about Korea.
I did this for my sister who has handed me many beautiful sight of Korea.
This scrap page is about Jeju. It is one of the most beautiful mountain (my sis took these photos from the peak of the mountain)known as the Seongsan Sunrise Peak.
I also added a maple leave which my sis picked from Korea. What an embellishment which I could simply make used of! Save money to buy other embellishment.
Hahaha...

Parents-in-law

Upset, worry, insomnia and busy.
Both my parents-in-law are hospitalised.
My mother-in-law is in more critical stage than my father-in-law.

It was very sad to see both holding each other sobbing.
I cried too. Seeing them, missing each other so much made
my heart ache.

Lesson learned. Attachment is sad. Loving couple will also end with sadness.
My cousin brother always reminds us not to love our spouse too much.
75% will be the best love we can invest in our spouse.
I think he is trying to protect us from badly hurt when we are old.
Anyone who agreed or disagreed with him? Please tag me your view.
Thank you.
